If you already own property there will be a fourth factor to consider: the value of the property you own and are selling, or against which you are borrowing Once you understand how much you can borrow for your mortgage you can determine your property price range and your monthly budget, which will of course include your mortgage payments. How Can I Repay My Mortgage More Quickly?
There are a number of options available to people who want to pay off their mortgages quickly and before the end of the term of the loan. You should discuss this possibility with your lender. The usual methods are to increase your mortgage payments or to pay a lump sum of cash to the lender.
